Our Account Executives average over $75,000 a year in base and bonus, and 10 to 15% of them earn six figures. Moreover, they do this in 40 hours a week and when they leave the building, they leave work behind. In addition to this very do-able, popular, and motivating bonus plan, we sponsor friendly competitions and contests with generous awards. You'll reach out to people who have responded to national marketing campaigns, conduct extensive needs analysis, and match customers with the term life insurance and other financial products that best meet their requirements. While your immediate goal will be to qualify the customer and close the sale, your long-term goal will be to help Matrix establish quality long-term relationships with all customers. We're looking for professionals with demonstrated success selling insurance or comparable products (ideally over the phone), a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people make their very important life insurance decisions.
