JRK is growing rapidly and seeks a Lead Maintenance for a multifamily property in located in Lawrencville, GA

Essential Job Functions:

· Perform preventative and general maintenance to building and mechanical operating systems

· Oversee maintenance staff

· Assist with apartment turns

· Conduct repairs to general building areas, lavatories, stairwells, air ducts

· Replace/repair fixtures as needed

Requirements:

· Multifamily maintenance experience

· HVAC certification
