Harden Healthcare is seeking a PeopleSoft Business Analyst for our N Austin Resource Center.



A national Health Care company based in Austin, Texas has an open position for a HCRM PeopleSoft Business Analyst.

Qualifications Required:

· Bachelor degree required.

· 5 years experience as PeopleSoft Business Analyst for HR, Payroll, and Benefit Administration.

· Experience with PS Query and Security.

· Ability to work in a fast paced constantly evolving workplace.

· Excellent communication, organizational, written and presentation skills.

· Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify functional requirements.
  • Experience in implementations, working closely with departments to identify and document functional requirements
  • Recommend changes in system applications and business processes and recommend process improvement where appropriate as well as documentation of those processes.
  • Develop reports for one time analysis and on-going use across functional systems
  • Work closely with technical team to ensure the system solution meets the documented requirements
  • Develop and implement testing plans to ensure the system meets end-user requirements
  • Develop training materials and train others on Peoplesoft.
  • Assist in project planning activities and implementations of new modules for PeopleSoft.
  • Provide support of applications
