MS Companies is a value-added outsourcing services organization that delivers quality in the areas of assembly, sub assembly, inspection & containment, material handling, transportation & warehousing and worldwide sourcing.

We are looking for someone with Business to Business sales experience to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in Middle Tennessee area to sell MS Companies services, build new and maintain current customer relationships.

Qualified candidates must be results-oriented and self motivated.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Create and execute sales strategies to win market share
  • Build relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Communicate the advantages of working with MS Companies, both verbally and in writing
  • Attain weekly appointments with existing and prospective customers
  • Service current accounts
  • Establish new opportunities with existing customers
  • Follow up with customers to identify, understand and address any service issues
  • Ensure customer retention is exceptional
  • Increase new business through networking opportunities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of marketing, sales and customer service strategies as they apply to clients
  • Communicate customer requirements to Management and Operations team
  • Work with Business Development team to produce weekly meetings
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or human resources
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to sell at management and executive levels required
  • Previous experience/exposure to manufacturing environment preferred
  • Previous experience in Temporary Staffing Sales environment a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in PC usage, including MS Office & Windows applications
