Key responsibilities may include:
· Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels and other items to customers within established
timeframes and service standards
· Receiving services include using a pallet jack, making deliveries around the campus, provide
mail sweeps and pickups, closing out Purchase Orders on customer system
· Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
· Participate in cross-training
· Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and
cooperative attitude
· Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production
environment
· Take direction from supervisor or site manager
· Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
· Adhere to all safety procedures
· Adhere to all applicable Federal, State, Local and Company safety and traffic
regulations/policies
· Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications PBMS is currently seeking On-Call Mail/Records/Receiving associate (be on-call to work as needed) who are customer service oriented, career-minded, and able to work in a fast paced production environment.
The ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:
·High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required
·Minimum of six months customer service related experience required
·Minimum of six months experience in a shipping/receiving, records or mail center environment preferred
·Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required
·Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
·Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
·Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
·Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
·Must be Forklift certified or willing to become certified required
·Willingness to operate a pallet jack required
·Willingness to be on standby/on-call to work as needed
·Lifting up to 55 pounds
·Standing for long periods of time
·Significant walking
·Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
