The Telesales Rep will make outbound calls to new and existing customers to sell Comcast services. Must remain knowledgeable with products and services and aware of competitor’s services, offers and initiatives. Must assist in the execution of telemarketing campaigns for sale of new services to potential and/or current subscribers; manage customer interactions by resolving issues and managing communication. Must ensure timeliness and accuracy of sales system entry and have punctual, regular and consistent attendance. Candidates are required to have excellent verbal communication skills and great customer service skills, particularly in a telephone environment. Candidates must also have a strong drive to achieve and sell complex products and/or services. Part-time day and night shifts available, Monday through Friday. Schedules (4.5 hour shifts per day).
