The Field Installation Technician demonstrates a high level of proficiency in performing all activities associated with installing, installing and maintaining Copiers/MFP's at various locations in the Greater Atlanta Area.
Responsibilities Include:
- Will maintain and install Panasonic Copier machines, light HP Printers and MFP's.
- Trouble-shoot customer reported problems
- Proactively monitor, schedule, and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction
- Ensure incidents are closed in a quality manner within the established guidelines.
- Manage parts, tools and administrative duties.
- Work in a high performance team environment
- Build and help strengthen strong customer relationships
- Plan and perform equipment upgrades

Qualifications
- Must be A+ Certified - Must be able to provide proof of the A+ Certification during the interview
- Minimum 1 year experience trouble-shooting and repairing printers and MFP's. (Experience working with HP or Panasonic is a plus)
- Proven technical knowledge with computer hardware, Windows NT, and networking
- Minimum 1 year proven experience in building and enhancing customer relationships
- Strong communications (written and verbal) and customer relation skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and telephone skills are required
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
- Strong team skills
- Strong planning, scheduling, and prioritization skills
- Must be able to lift 40lbs +
- Valid driver's license, good driving record
- Transportation to service calls provided by Pitney Bowes
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
