An international engineering solutions provider of control and process measurement systems and services is seeking a bilingual Paralegal. This position will consist of traditional paralegal duties as it relates to working with attorneys on lawsuits for and against the company, as well as processing Visas, Patents (international and domestic), translation and creation of international contracts (approx 40% of job). This is a direct hire position, salary up to 55K depending upon experience + competitive benefits.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates that have prior Paralegal experience, or even a junior Attorney with this type of background will be considered. Must be fluent in Spanish – able to read, write and speak. Must be able to write and translate contracts. Prior patent experience highly preferred. Candidates should be very professional and polished in appearance.
