Job Duties:
· Oversees,coordinates, and administers telecommunications activities for all CCS sites;
· Analyzes computer systems networks to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, reviews connectivity requests to determine requirements for installation or modification;
· Confers with business units to determine information system needs, to establish project priority, and to assist with resolution of computer networking problems;
· Participates on IT teams to evaluate system hardware and software requirements. Performs analysis of needs and contributes to the design of computing architecture, integration, and installation;
· Responsibile for all CCS Medical telecom, phone, faxes, fax servers, phone switches, cabling;
· Understanding, knowledge, and experience with Nortel telephony architecture including PBX, CallPilot, MIRAN, CCMA, CCMS, Signaling Server, and ICB;
· Understanding and knowledge of voice recording and dialer software;
· Administer, programming, and support for all moves, adds, and changes required on Nortel switches and VoIP (Option 11, 61, 81, SRG50);
· Maintain, administration, and support of CallPilot and Enterprise Call Center Solutions: Symposium CCMS/CCMA 6.0 including scripting, call routing, skill-based routing, network routing, planned, and implemented call routing procedures for disaster recovery;
· Create, document and support of all telephony distaster recovery for all CCS Medical sites;
· Creates and maintains documentation for the phone network and IT related support;
· Develops and maintains a formal system of evaluating all telephone systems and materials used to maintain them;
· Works with vendors on new system deployments. Configures and deploys new systems and system upgrades;
· In charge of upgrading, recomending and troubleshooting all phone issues within CCS Medical;
· Involved in computer systems network design, connectivity, and implementation;
· Coordinates, reviewes and performs repair services in emergency situations as needed;
· Configures, administers, and supports mulitple site call centers on phone and pc hardware and software;
· Configures, develops and maintains a system maintenance and backup procedure for all CCS telephone systems;
· Acknowledges, responds, and resolves end user requests for services for all telecommunication requests;
· Troubleshoots network problems or system failure involving hardware and software to determine the causes and possible solutions;
· Provide support to Network Services group on all Dell pc/hardware related issues, Windows server 2003 issues configuration and deploy, Active Directory, SMS, Lotus Notes, and user issue requests.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, (BA/BS) in Information Systems from a four-year college or university and three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
