Retail sales. Drive the closing of sales transactions at our Lake Havasu City retail store. Includes needs analysis and solution presentation. Customer focus and orientation required. Ability to enter orders and navigate through Windows applications required. Monthly physical counts for inventory. Greet customers upon arrival in store, understand and meet their needs and thank them for their business upon exiting the store. Positive, can-do attitude as a constant. Results driven. Strong desire to be the best.

- Sales of products and service

- Customer retention

- Perform lead generation tasks, ie telemarketing surveys, customer campaign programs

- Maintain and renew customer contracts

- Perform daily business processes (payments, sales reports, postings, etc.).

Physical requirements:

- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs; work Saturdays; and ability to do multiple tasks.

- Prefer 2 years of Retail Sales experience
