Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Internal Control, Business Process, and SOx Manager for the Schaumburg Factory, Elgin & Seattle Distribution Center.
• Manage finance and supply chain processes of risk and ensure effective internal controls exist across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites in NA.
• Program manage I/C relationship with 3rd party logistics providers and other supply chain partners.
• Oversee various process transitions within a changing supply chain, providing process and control expertise.
• Manage SOx compliance for Level 1 sites.
• Provide quarterly certification of financials and control environment.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies where needed.
• Interface with manufacturing, logistics, finance, accounting, purchasing, and IT to drive sound business processes.
• Partner with other global sites to drive standardization in compliance processes.
Other responsibilities include:
• Work with ISC Vertical & Horizontal Organizations
• Participate in ISC Accounting/FP&A reviews
• Ad-hoc analytical tasks as required^^
Specific Knowledge/Skills
-Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance preferred
-5+ years of Finance OR accounting experience required
Strong process background
Being able to influence others
Audit background a plus
Understanding of finance and accounting processes
Strong communications/presentational skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to change
Familiarity with statistical tools a plus
