Work as a senior lead consultant on the Employer Advisory Services (EAS) team. This position reports directly to Jeffrey Allen, Managing Director, Benefit Advisory Services, as part of the EAS team.
Primary responsibilities:
§ Develop cutting-edge data-driven consulting in response to current and emerging employer benefit design needs
§ Provide clients (internal and external) with implementation support and advice, to assure that clients receive anticipated return on investment.
§ Identify and develop new consulting opportunities with existing clients, as well as new prospects.
§ Provide health benefit design strategy and health data analysis/interpretation expertise, addressing client and prospect questions, issues and information needs.
§ Play the lead role and/or support role as multi-functional and cross-business unit projects are presented.
§ Provide up-to-date information on industry changes, movement and approaches

Qualifications
§ BS or BA in health or business related field, Master's degree preferred
§ Proven experience in health, productivity, data and benefits consulting--7-10 years with a track record of success
§ Strong people management skills
§ Strong communication skills both written and verbal
§ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
§ Experience in working with employers
§ Excellent Microsoft Office skills
