Currently seeking qualified candidates with Grounds Keeper/ Handy Man experience

Requirements:

1. Ability to pass criminal background and drug screen

2. Flexibility to start part time and promote to fulltime

3. Hands on experience of all power tools

4. Ability to be placed out on site with minimal training or supervision.

Duties:

General grounds clean up: including parking lot areas, side walk and ramp. Laundry room care and vacuuming interior hallways.

Painting graffiti removal.

Basic plumbing (garbage disposals etc.) and electrical knowledge. Install weather stripping to unit doors.

Installation and removal of fixtures ( interior & exterior), replacement of fluorescent bulbs.

Ability to use a power washer.

Office custodial clean up, vacuuming, dusting and mopping.

Must be flexible ready to work part time and full time depending on the work load.

Must be able to provide excellent customer service when dealing with residents & staff.
