As an Assistant Field Manager you will assist with the overseeing and communicating the needs of accounts in the Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita, The San Fernando Valley, Ventura County, Santa Barbara, Santa Maria and Lompoc.
You must be at least 25 years of age, (for Insurance purposes) with a valid drivers license and a clean DMV for the last 5 years. In addition, you should have at least 2 to 3 years in the security field and have the desire and the ability to make split second decisions and keep the line of communication open between the field and the branch. You must be able to write reports, schedule call offs and respond to issues. This is a training position and could lead to a Field Manager Position. Requirements:
Must be at least 25 years of age. Must have a valid drivers license and a clean DMV for the last 5 years. Must have a Valid Guard Permit or the ability to obtain one. Must be able to pass a background and drug Screen. Must Have a High School Diploma or a GED.
