Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides administrative and clinical supervision to nursing personnel on evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Assesses the overall status of the hospital and plans a course of action for the current shift and the shift immediately to follow. Coordinates nursing activities with the activities of other hospital departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia. Five years of Registered Nursing experience of which two years must have been in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
