POSITION: Sales & Marketing Director (SMD)

LOCATION: GL - Lakeridge

Roseville, Minnesota

GL – Lake Ridge, a 175-bed skilled nursing facility and senior care campus consisting of adult day, ALF, Alzheimer's care and skilled nursing services is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and committed individual to serve as our Sales & Marketing Director.

The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for sales growth by obtaining new admissions and meeting proper pay mix goals through building and developing external business leads and relationships. You will promote facility products, services and outstanding clinical outcomes to recognize Golden Living as the industry leader.

Other essential job functions include: Conducting community events, visiting residents in the hospital, attending funerals, creating a facility newsletter, conducting marketing meetings, and building relationships with referral sources of all target audiences of the lake ridge campus

The successful candidate for this position must have business development experience in a long term care facility. Excellent human relations and communication skills with at least 2 years of experience in a long term care sales/marketing position a must. Bachelors Degree in Health Care/Business/Communications or related field preferred. This position requires extensive commitment.
