Bilingual Customer Service Rep (Spanish/English)

This person contributes to Coinstar's success by providing first line customer service support to end-user customers, retailers and Sales Support Staff.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

· Answers basic service calls from any of Coinstar's Lines of Business

· Assists customers with refunds product information, machine locations, dispatch orders and other basic first line service, sales or technical inquiries

· Documents and tracks calls and emails in call ticketing system

· Assists the Sales and Marketing departments with research and administration of consumer surveys

· Assists with off-phone activities, such as emails, check requests or data entry

· Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team

· Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors treat all customers with the utmost respect and professionalism

· Perform other duties assigned

· Position Reports to Customer Service Supervisor

Preferable Qualifications & Experience:

· High School Degree or GED

· Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service related position or call center

· Ability to fluently speak, read, and write Spanish and English

· Ability to fluently speak, read, and write Spanish and English

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high volume environment

· Excellent customer service, problem solving, and typing skills

· Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel

· Basic knowledge of Lotus Notes preferred
