Job description:

We are looking for an energetic person to help finance team to reconcile Invoicing, Accounts Payable processing, account reconciliation and to prepare for multi-year Audit for our company. The Candidate should have strong GL experience including Accounts payables and Invoicing. Perform account reconciliation for client’s records. Proactively question process and procedure and implement change to gain efficiencies and streamline workflows. Help reconciling invoicing. Assist in processing Accounts Payable. Show judgment on when to elevate issues and when to resolve independently. Work on special projects as opportunities present themselves. Assist with preparing for an audit. Proactively interact with the team to gather information and reconcile the accounts for 2008.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess a BS degree with emphasis on Accounting., a combination of strong organizational skills, and solid computer skills. 3+ years Accounting experience. Team player able to adapt/adhere to changing priorities. Working knowledge of GAAP. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills. Proficiency with QuickBooks. Strong computer skills (Excel and Outlook required). Ability to work well independently and reprioritize constantly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
