Rental Sales Associates

We are searching for experienced Sales Associates who are sales motivated, highly skilled in interacting with customers and have excellent communication skills to do the following but not limited to:

  • Successfully promote and sell company products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales goals locally
  • Provide personalized and exceptional rental experiences to all customers
  • Prepare and process rental transactions accurately
  • Effectively communicate rental agreements to customers
  • Respond to all customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner - both on the telephone and in person
  • Follow and maintain all Quality Assurance standards at location as issued by the company

Rental Sales Associates must have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and sales ability
  • Excellent communication skills - in person and on the telephone
  • Ability to work individually and within a team environment
  • Availability to work a varied schedule including: working on evenings, weekends, and holidays

Additional Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of successful sales and customer service experience in a retail, restaurant, or hospitaility industry is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in offering and selling incremental items
