Field Sales Administrative Assistant I FBL Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an individual to perform admin duties in our Dodge City, KS agent's office. Tasks involve communication w/ field & home office personnel regarding research & report preparation. Serve as assistant to Agency Mgr in completion of basic recruiting reporting, tracking & archival functions, as well as meeting planning & prep, appointment setting & duties which support new account growth, production & retention. Position will work approx 20 hrs per wk (hrs are flexible). High school diploma/equivlt required. 2-yrs clerical exp or 2 yr degree in Office Admin or Secretarial program & 1 yr exp required. Knowledge of PC spreadsheets, Lotus, Word, & PowerPoint. Must have good meeting planning/facilitation skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Keyboard skills 40-45 NWPM.
