We are currently seeking career-minded Financial Representatives to deliver extraordinary service and join our Investor Services team.

Role:
Financial Representatives are highly trained, motivated professionals that deliver services and solutions that exceed client expectations. Our training program provides a foundation for success and consists of:

Paid training that includes industry and software system training.
Company sponsorship for Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Company-provided study materials for Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Self-directed study time outside of work hours to study and prepare for license examinations.


Responsibilities:

We deliver unparalleled value and outstanding service that elevates client trust and brand loyalty. Upon completing a comprehensive training program and obtaining Series 7 and 63 licenses, Financial Representatives will:

Provide client support by answering inbound phone calls and/or email regarding accounts, policies, services and available products.
Place equity, option and mutual fund trades, provide quotes and facilitate discussions regarding equity markets, fixed income markets, international markets and economic conditions.
Engage clients in meaningful dialogue and identify unstated needs or financial goals that may be achieved by further utilizing company services, products or tools.
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment by assisting clients and delivering solutions-focused results.

Experience:
Requirements:
1-2 years client service experience preferred.
2 years college coursework completed or equivalent work experience required.
Keen interest in the investment and financial services fields.
Desire to learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, available programs/services, etc.
Excellent consultative, rapport-building, listening and communication skills.
Ability to identify client interests or needs and offer services or solutions in a proactive manner.
Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Strong command of computer and typing skills. Representatives will typically navigate through 4-5 software systems simultaneously.
Series 7 and 63 licenses are required for this role. If you do not currently possess these licenses, you will be required to complete a study program and successfully pass the license examinations. Studying material outside of work hours may be necessary.
