Providence is calling Pharmacists
The staff pharmacist has the responsibility to integrate the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to assure optimal drug therapy outcomes and to improve the patient's quality of life.Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.
We're seeking an individual who performs all duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and reflects the Mission and Philosophy of our founders, the Sisters of Providence.
Position Specifics
This position is located at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, Washington. This is a full time (40 hrs/week) variable shift position. All candidates hired into a position posted as 20 hrs/wk or more qualify for benefits.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduation from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Licenses/Certifications: Current registration and license from the Washington State Board of Pharmacy.
Experience: Preferred: One-year previous hospital pharmacist experience. Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program
