Sales Representative as a Mortgage Loan Officer

We're a seasoned Mortgage Company looking for hard-working, entrepreneurial minded, entry level Loan Officer Sales Representatives who are financially motivated and driven to succeed. We provide you with training, full management support and a friendly work environment. Our office is professional and we strive to deliver world class service to our clients while creating excellent earning potential to our Loan Officers.

There are many subprime loans that need to be refinanced, we are helping our clients refinance ARMS and helping people consolidate credit card debt. In addition, rates have dropped which is creating another opportunity to refinance individuals with fixed rates to a lower fixed rate. What you will be doing as a sales representative:
-Generate business through relationship skills and marketing efforts to establish a client base; follow up on leads provided by Cranbrook Loans.
-Contact leads (outbound) and acquire clients.
-Evaluate needs of each potential borrower, propose loan solutions and sell loans.
-Assemble all required documentation for processing and underwriting on each transaction.
-Price and select the best product for your clients' situation.
-Structure and submit completed loan application to processing.
-Prepare approved loans and address customer questions at closing.

-Sales representatives are able to offer a Full Product line including FHA and VA, Niche, Conforming, Portfolio, Construction, and Reverse Mortgages.

Requirements:
-Must be motivated and energetic.
-No experience necessary, we have a comprehensive training program.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Must be a self-starter and enjoy generating sales.
-Operate with integrity, honesty and professionalism.
-Must have a strong desire to be employed in the mortgage business.
-Must enjoy phone sales.
