Responsibilities include:
- Generating forecasts and analyze trends in sales, SG&A, provider performance, product line profitability, membership, medical costs, premium yields, and other areas of business.
- Researches economic progressions to assist with the organization's financial planning.
- Presents findings and recommendations to management.
- May include responsibility for budget planning and analysis.
- Manages and is accountable for professional employees.
- Will maintain the costing model associated with overall operations, including claims operations

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience working in an Accounting or Financial role
- Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Access
- Ability to supervise team of 1-2 staff
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior management throughout the business
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Essbase and/or Peoplesoft
- Previous supervisory experience
- Healthcare insurance experience
- Knowledge of cost accounting
