Position – Database Programmer

Job Description:

Position will require hands on IT experience, and the ability to work independently while working as a member of team.

Strong Oracle programming experience (minimum 3 years) with a solid understanding of PL/SQL, SQL Server database design and development is required. Candidates with extensive web design and development experience in an ASP.NET environment will be preferred.

Job responsibilities may include:

1. Create/modify code for processes relating to incoming/outgoing data
2. Monitor incoming/outgoing data
3. Troubleshoot errors as they occur
4. Apply/implement business logic for processes
5. Develop new web applications, tools and programs
6. Maintain pre-written web applications and programs
7. Interact/educate users of database
8. Documentation

Job Skills/ Experience to include:

1. Oracle with PL/SQL – 3+ years experience
2. RDBMS table structures
3. ASP.NET
4. Javascript
5. XML/XPath/XSLT
