This position is an internal resource to design and deliver employee training and development activities/programs that support the needs of functional business units at all our locations; provides guidance on human performance improvement (HPI) to enhance the output and efficiency of work; links all development initiatives to our “families first” mission and achieve results “the Picerne way”.

Required Skills

Excellent platform skills. Excellent oral and written communications. Strong collaboration & teamwork skills. Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, training delivery methodologies; organization development experience a plus.

Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree is required along with 10 + years experience in training design, development and delivery. Experience in organizational development/ organizational effectiveness/ Human Performance Improvement models a plus. Experience with online learning/authoring tools such as SharePoint, Articulate, Lectora.
