Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for first-level response and resolution of escalated issues with external and internal customers. Responsible for overall delivery of benefits and services by providing support and guidance to existing and potential customers to ensure continued membership. May include extensive work experience, possibly in multiple functions.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Applies knowledge/skills to a range of moderately complex activities
- 1-2 years of customer service experience via phone preferred
- 1-2 years experience adjusting claims required.
- 1-2 years experience working with MS Office (Word and Excel) preferred
- Demonstrates great depth of knowledge/skills in own function
- Sometimes acts as a technical resource to others in own function
- Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests
- Solves moderately complex problems on own
- Works with team to solve complex problems
- Plans, prioritizes, organizes and completes work to meet established objectives
- May coordinate work of other team members
- High school education or equivalent experience
