Duties:
*Work subsidized, unsubsidized, Plus and Alternative loans *Process return to lenders *Process not comings and SAP granted and denied appeals *Must have a 3% or less error ratio *Certify loans with lender(s) *Adhere to federal guidelines for processing loans (Federal Student Aid Handbook) *Answer emails - student, advisors and college answer *Other duties as assigned Productivity Requirements -Process rejects within 3 business days -Complete RTL's within 10 business days or less -Answer emails within 24 to 48 hours *HJ
Qualifications:
*SECOND SHIFT POSITION *Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent financial aid experience. *Knowledge and understanding of the entire financial aid process including:FASFA, PELL, FSEOG, FWS, Sub loans, Unsub loans, PLUS, VTAG, CSAP, Voc-Rehab, Veterans Benefits, Outside scholarships, Institutional Aid, Military benefits. *Excellent communication and organization skills. *Detailed oriented. *Ability to work ina fast paced environment *Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. *Banner Level 2 tests * Loan tests *Demonstrate customer service skills
