Providence is calling a Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management Professional Fee Billing Operations
The Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management Professional Fee Billing Operations is part of a growing dynamic revenue cycle management team and provides direct oversight of all revenue cycle functional activities within the regional business office operations. This position provides leadership direction to ensure standardization and compliance with policies and procedures. This position also identifies performance improvement opportunities, develops recommendations and directs implementation of approved recommendations to promote financial performance in the Washington/Montana Region. This position will analyze data, track trends and report on actual performance against key performance indicators. The Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management Professional Fee Billing Operations will develop specific work plans for RCM initiatives, and other operational process improvement projects and manages collection agency vendor relationships.

This full time position is located at Providence Washington Montana Regional Services in Renton, WA.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of eight years of progressively more-responsible financial management experience in an acute health care entity and multi-entity system. Experience in Hospital Revenue Cycle Management is required.
