As HR Business Partner for Trend Micro, you will provide guidance to management on organizational effectiveness, including capability, structure, change management, and communication. You will also coach managers on best known methods of human resources practices, including performance management and development, compensation, employee relations and hiring. You must understand global company context and communicate your client's business needs to Regional and Corporate HR in order to ensure HR programs support your client's business goals. You will share knowledge across the global HR team and continuously develop and enhance personal and team capabilities.

Responsibilities Include:

HR business partner for Trend Micro US

Provide guidance to management team on organizational effectiveness, including capability, structure, change management, and communication

Coach managers on best known human resources practices, including performance management and development, compensation, employee relations and hiring

Work with managers to drive implementation of employee development plans and corresponding development opportunities

Guide managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues proactively and effectively

Communicate your client's business needs to Regional and Corporate HR in order to ensure HR programs support your client's business goals

Share knowledge across the global HR team and continuously develop and enhance personal and team capabilities

Requirements Include:
Bachelor's degree in management, HR, OD or related or equivalent experience is required.

A minimum of five years related HR experience including at least 3 years in an HR business partner role with experience in high tech/IT industries preferred.

Knowledge in OD, management coaching, employee relations and labor law

Solid experience implementing compensation, staffing, training and development programs in a line organization

Knowledge/experience of HRIS programs in a similar organization, PeopleSoft background strongly preferred.

Experience working for multinational companies and matrixed environment preferred

Strong leadership, consulting, conflict-resolution, negotiating, team-building.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative HR initiatives and solutions

Excellent communication and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization

Flexibility, adaptability and ability to function in a fast paced environment
