Job Description:
* Use customer service-oriented service approaches to ensure best in class service, ensure customer
satisfaction and maintain and grow market share.
* Evaluate and develop current service needs for customers.
* Resolve product quality and performance issues for customers.
*Ensure completion of product installations and customer training.
* Provide timely customer feedback to sales, marketing, and operation teams.
* Calling customers (or managing those that do) and coordinating their schedules with the field personnel.
*Utilizing a CRM database program to follow customer requests and coordinate field staff scheduling.
*Using field staff to fulfill requests from customers.
* Report production and analysis of key data metrics.
* Reporting and controlling variable costs of field staff.

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s Degree
*5-7 years in a customer service role
* 2-3 years of management experience
* Knowledge in CRM database
*Quality Assurance - experience in methods and analysis of quality control.
* Self starter, skilled problem solver
