Sr. International Product Manager
Description
This International Product Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the PI Core Marketing’s portfolio of products (angioplasty balloon catheters, cryoplasty systems and vascular access products) in international markets. This will be accomplished by developing in-depth competitive intelligence and knowledge of local market dynamics to customize and execute effective product promotional strategies. This individual will also work with regional marketing and business leaders to develop accurate product forecasts and recommend appropriate pricing strategies.
This individual must be able to work well in a highly matrixed organization and collaborate effectively with the Global Marketing Managers, In-Country Marketing (and Sales) Managers as well as the MET and Marketing Communications teams.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Drive the creation of regional Marketing Business Plans, utilizing cross-functional team members, to include market analysis, strategies, tactics and measurement.
· Track business performance against objectives and forecasts, formulating new approaches and strategies as needed.
· Identify best practices to address key business challenges and opportunities and develop effective sales training and tools addressing them.
· Establish leadership role in PI Marketing based on classic marketing capabilities: market understanding, market segmentation, product positioning, message development, channel identification, tool and communication creation and execution to further business objectives.
· Collaborate with internal marketing and cross-functional partners to execute with speed and quality.
· Communicate effectively to senior management on business strategies, market conditions, and tactical plans.
· Serve as a clinical and functional advisor to external and internal customers.
· Exhibit professional maturity and help to foster an open, challenging, stimulating and positive environment that enables colleagues to be their best.

Qualifications: ·
· Minimum of 5 years successful related business experience, preferably medical device or pharma.
· Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated success leading in a team environment
· Demonstrated success managing complex projects
· Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment
