In association with Physiotherapy Associates, Allied Therapy East is more than a pediatric therapy facility. It is a team of caring and skilled therapists who work together to achieve one common goal. That goal is to do the best that we can to help as many kids as we can in our area. We do this by providing a team approach to occupational, physical, and speech therapy services both in our clinic and in local schools. We are here to provide great hands on therapy while supporting families and providing a safe and comfortable environment in the midst of all of the difficult medical and educational issues that they face each day.
Allied Therapy East was created by pediatric therapists with a vision of how pediatric therapy should be. It has grown due to the quality services provided, and the opportunity for therapists to bring their ideas to life. These ideas become programs such as hippotherapy, group programs, and community outreach.
As the Clinic Director, I have the great opportunity to help this business grow to meet the needs of our community while helping therapists develop professionally and follow their passions and interests. There is excellent opportunity for mentorship as a new therapist, or one who is interested in changing areas of practice. There is also potential for growth into management opportunities within the organization.
