    Job Details: Eight (8) to Twelve (12) hour responsibility and accountability for providing direction and leadership to staff on both the Child/Adolescent and Adult Psychiatric Units ensuring development and application of nursing standards to enhance the quality of care to patients within stated assigned areas. Collaborates with Nurse Manager in developing goals, evaluating staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Serves as a role model, as well as a resource to staff, patients, and families and the interdisciplinary team. Bachelors degree in Nursing (or actively working toward the same) and 2 years demonstrated clinical experience in a Behavioral Health setting: Medical Surgical experience desirable. Must have current RN license in Massachusetts. Experience with children/adolescents/adults preferred.
