CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE A MUST!!



Auto finance company located between the City of Wilmington and Hockessin is looking for Customer Service Representatives. Candidates MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER PREFERABLY FROM A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND MUST HAVE OBTAINED A 4 YEAR DEGREE TO BE CONSIDERED. Ideal candidates should have excellent verbal communication skills, be an analytical thinker, demonstrate the ability to provide premier service to customers, strong organization and follow up skills and thrive in a team environment. Primary duty will be taking incoming customer calls. Work hours are 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday. Full training is provided. If offered position Criminal and Credit check are required.
