Summary: Marketing Operations Senior Associates manage the execution of direct marketing programs from inception to execution through daily interaction and management of various Email, Fulfillment, Coupon and database vendors for a range of clients.. Senior Associates are responsible for all aspects of data management, selecting and managing required service vendors to perform various data-related functions to best practice standards, and designing and reviewing optimized output reports for quality assurance/control. Qualifications: Job Experience 2-4 years experience in a direct marketing environment, with data-oriented responsibilities required as well as demonstrated aptitude in databases, process management, and attention to details are required. Knowledge and experience with multiple marketing channel execution required, with demonstrated knowledge of best practices Education Minimum Bachelors degree; MBA a plus Skills Proven basic office skills, ability to use MS-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required; experience with any database program(s) a plus. Strong writing skills required; good communication skills required. Knowledge of data layouts, formats, and processes required. Good project management skills needed. direct mail experience is a must; additional channel execution experience a big plus.
