Bank Teller Product Specialist: Benchmark Tech Group

As a leading provider of bank technology for over 25 years, Benchmark has career advancement opportunities for bankers having experience in branch teller and/or proof operations.

We’re looking for people prepared to extend their banking knowledge by assisting us in designing, installing and training other banks on our branch automation software products. We’ve found the most successful candidates previously worked as tellers, teller managers and branch training or in back office bank operation or proof departments.

Benchmark has developed innovative teller, check capture, BSA compliance and new account software products and we’re working on the next generation in branch banking. As a product specialist, you may be involved in new product development, software testing, product demonstrations, customizing our products, training customers on using our teller systems or other products and assisting in documentation. The position requires some overnight travel.

This is a salary position eligible for commissions and immediate openings are available in our Bristol , CT office. Besides a thorough knowledge of teller operations, requirements include outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills. Experience with ATMs, cash dispensers and cash recyclers is also desirable.
