We are currently seeking a PRINCIPAL MECHANICAL ENGINEER.
The Principal Mechanical Engineer provides technical direction for a mechanical team in the development of real-time, mechanical applications. This position must be able to function as an individual contributor and/or a technical mechanical leadership role as part of a cross-functional product development team. This individual must be capable of assuming a key role of directing others in architecture, design, implementation, integration and testing of mechanical applications in accordance with a predefined mechanical development process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Candidate will provide technical direction for a mechanical team in the development of real-time, mechanical applications.
- Candidate must be able to function as an individual contributor and/or a technical mechanical leadership role as part of a cross functional product development team.
- Individual must be experienced in all aspects of mechanical development from concept to implementation.
- Candidate must be capable of assuming key role of directing others in architecture, design, implementation, integration and testing of mechanical applications in accordance with a predefined mechanical development process.
- Candidate will be responsible for planning and estimating the work of other mechanical engineers as part of project planning.
- Individual must be conversant in all aspects of mechanical engineering documentation.
- Candidate will originate and deliver technical mechanical engineering presentations via computer, written or orally.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
· Minimum of 4 years real-time, mechanical engineering development applications required
· Minimum of 3 years experience as key individual technical mechanical engineering developer or leader of small mechanical engineering team
· Minimum of 2 years experience in using real-time operating systems or concepts.
· Experience in all aspects of mechanical development from concept to implementation required
· Should be conversant in all aspects of mechanical engineering documentation
· Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
· Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
