Job Description

Identify, assess and provide on-going training and development solutions for Cooper sales/marketing personnel (to include further development and deployment of all necessary steps in support of our Sales Competency Model). This role also selects and supervises Sales Support Specialist(s). Requires regular support of our top external customers across the United States by providing training presentations on current leadership, management and sales-related topics (including development of new programs on current business topics). Provides support to Sales and Marketing leadership on select and strategic projects (10% - 15% of job responsibility).

Job Responsibilities

  • experience in customer facing sales role (preferably tire sales)
  • strong communication/presentation skills
  • 40% - 50% travel
  • experience facilitating and presenting to business audiences preferred
  • management experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 4 year degree required (marketing, sales or business focus preferred)
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
