Area Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall performance of all store locations within the assigned geographic scope including food quality standards, customer satisfaction, safety standards, and financial performance.
- Responsible for recruiting, teaching, and coaching all Store Managers in their respective area.
- Responsible for all aspects of positive coaching and corrective behavioral coaching.
- Must possess the ability to self motivate with limited supervision, and be abe to stimulate the same traits in subordinates.
- Must accomplish performance reviews and develop a succession plan in their respective area.
- Must adapt to the needs and demands of the company and think "strategically" with respect to the needs of their area.
- Must be very hands-on and be a team player.
- Must complete all required paperwork and reporting on a timely basis.
Qualifications:
- Restaurant operations experience with full P&L responsibility
- Minimum 2-5 years multi unit experience
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proven success in delivering results in a high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Very hands-on and ability to wear multiple hats, as needed
