Area Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall performance of all store locations within the assigned geographic scope including food quality standards, customer satisfaction, safety standards, and financial performance.
  • Responsible for recruiting, teaching, and coaching all Store Managers in their respective area.
  • Responsible for all aspects of positive coaching and corrective behavioral coaching.
  • Must possess the ability to self motivate with limited supervision, and be abe to stimulate the same traits in subordinates.
  • Must accomplish performance reviews and develop a succession plan in their respective area.
  • Must adapt to the needs and demands of the company and think "strategically" with respect to the needs of their area.
  • Must be very hands-on and be a team player.
  • Must complete all required paperwork and reporting on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

  • Restaurant operations experience with full P&L responsibility
  • Minimum 2-5 years multi unit experience
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Proven success in delivering results in a high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Very hands-on and ability to wear multiple hats, as needed
