Human Resources Manager: HR Solutions, Inc.

Semiconductor Company seeks a Human Resources Manager who can envision being part of a growing company, handling both strategic and tactical side, and will grow within the role.

Successful candidate will have a mix working in both large and small companies and have a corporate professional presentation.

Role is that of a true Generalist with experience in the compensation, benefit, employee relations, writing performance plan, succession planning, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of progressive experience as a Human Resources generalist
• Public company experience
• Prior management experience a big plus
• Advanced degree and/or professional certification highly desirable.
