A.S.G. Staffing has an immediate need for an On-Site Coordinator at one of its key client sites located in Aurora, IL. This is an internal position with our staffing company working as a liaison with our client's managers and shift supervisors.

In addition to making sure that all daily temporary assignments are communicated and filled by our Aurora staffing office, will be directly responsible for the following.

Provides orientation to all new A.S.G. Staffing temporary associates., including safety and quality training. Will be the "go to" person for any questions our temporary work associates have. Provides supplies and equipment for special tasks or projects. Ensures all time cards are properly punched and work hours are accurately accounted for. Assists client in work evaluations, end of assignment notice and performance coaching. Acts as the first point of contact for all temporary workers with respect to accidents or incidents involving injury.

Must have: 2 + years of supervisory experience (of at least 10 + people). Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strongly prefer food handling environment (manufacturing). Able to lift up to 50 lbs and carrying up to 25ft. on occaion.

Compensaton commensurate with experience, would prefer someone with 3rd party staffing experience, but will strongly consider those with line management / line lead experience at a direct employer. For more information, contact Jeanette Sanchez, jsanchez@asgstaffing.com
