We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator for our new state-of-the-art outpatient Surgery Center.

The Surgery Center was designed with quality care, safety and the patient experience at its core. Separate entrances for patient arrival and exit help provide smooth transition through each stage of a patient’s care, including the admission, pre-op, operating, recovery and departure processes.

The Clinical Coordinator assists the Leadership Team in providing leadership and management within the Surgery Center . Coordinates and directs the daily operations and supervises both nursing and non-nursing staff.

The successful candidate will be an experienced RN with 3-5 years of Surgery experience. Montana RN licensure is required prior to starting in the role. BLS and ACLS certification is required. Leadership experience is preferred.
