Call Center Representative - Inbound: Cablevision Systems Corp

The Retention Sales Representative is responsible for handling Inbound disconnect or downgrade telephone calls in our Inbound Call Center and will attempt to save the customer or the service. Must use superior customer service skills to uncover the reasons for disconnection and sell customer into keeping existing service or switching to a comparable package.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer inbound disconnect and downgrade calls.
Attempt to successfully save on every call.
Utilize Knowledge Databases to be aware of all save disconnect campaigns and sales promotions.
Access and update customer accounts in Cabledata system.
Adhere to all schedules and policies and procedures of the department.
Participate in special projects and perfom other duties as assigned.
