Ideal candidate…
* Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing & outside sales, preferably from the healthcare or real estate industries.
* Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with the aging population.
* Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems is required.
* Experience with public speaking a plus.
SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
Your primary responsibility will be to increase the occupancy by conducting outreach to the local community, build relationships with professional referral sources, plan and attend special events in the community, and conduct tours for prospective family members and residents. In addition to this, you will guide prospective residents through the move-in process and work together with managers and staff to ensure excellent customer service to our residents and their families and closing sales. You will also be responsible in maintaining a database to track leads and complete daily/weekly reports.
