Estimator for Restoration Company

Job Duties:

This position will be responsible for estimating residential and commercial fire/water/casualty loss properties, overseeing production of restoration, coordinate documentation with insurance carriers, oversee collection of receivables, and developing relationships with insurance agencies and adjusters. Available to initiate and oversee emergency services.

Requirements:

Should have some Knowledge of Xactimate

Should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with an insurance restoration contractor

Experience in overseeing all phases of restoration/construction projects

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be detailed oriented

Must be a leader in seeking business opportunities with insurance agencies as well as adjusters
