MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

2-5+ years retail management experience

Excellent ability to train and motivate staff

Ability to multi-task, orginize and priortize workload

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

VISUAL MERCHANDISER REQUIREMENTS:

2 years experience in Visual Merchandising or styling

Experience in mannequin maintenance and styling

Knowledge of colors, patterns and textures

Knowledge of floorsets and plan-o-grams

Ability to forecast trends

Abitlty to follow and execute corporate visual standards
