We contract with states and other government agencies to provide care for over two million individuals. Working with physicians and other care providers, we ensure that our members obtain the care they need with a coordinated approach.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise or general support to teams in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating and resolving all types of appeals and grievances
- Communicate with appropriate parties regarding appeals and grievance issues, implications and decisions
- Analyze and identify trends for all appeals and grievances
- May research and resolve written Department of Insurance complaints and complex or multi-issue provider complaints submitted by consumers and physicians/providers

Qualifications Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or GED is required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience with FACETS is strongly desired
- 2 + years experience in Customer Service is required. (retail is ok)
- Must be able to meet or exceed production standards
