Supports and validates Provider Network (physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, ancillary facilities, etc.) contracting and unit cost management activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting. Conducts unit cost and contract valuation analysis in support of network contracting negotiations and unit cost management strategies. Manages unit cost budgets, target setting, performance reporting, and associated financial models. - Company thought leader.- Functional SME.- Broad business approach.- Resource to senior leadership.- Develops pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends.

Qualifications
College Degree or higher required. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
- Four or more years analytical experience in healthcare pricing, network management, or related discipline.
- Excellent financial impact analysis, risk management, and data manipulation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, negotiation and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of healthcare data, trends, reserving, and reporting.
- Ability to create and use financial modeling tools, spreadsheets, and information acquisition tools.
