| Position Description: |
Central Carolina Community College is seeking an innovative, dynamic, service-oriented individual to provide state-of-the-art information and instruction services at the College's three libraries. Candidate will monitor the library budget expenditures and all other aspects of library operations. Will assist faculty and library staff in selecting print and electronic resources and provide reference services and library instruction when needed. Will submit required statistical reports and serve as back-up SIRSI library system administrator. The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated application of new and emergent technologies in the promotion and provision of library services, and the ability to work effectively with culturally diverse students and adult learners. |
| Required Qualifications: |
Masters Degree in Library Information Science from an ALA accredited institution and 3-5 years of related work experience. |

| Work Schedule: |
Fulltime position hours may vary. Mainly Monday-Friday, some weekend duties may be required. |
| Salary: |
Hiring Range: $4900 to $6000 monthly (12 month schedule). Benefits included. |
